TEDWomen is a conference about the power of women and girls to be creators and change-makers.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Our event is called TEDxBellsBeachWomen, where x = independently organized TED event. At our TEDxBellsBeachWomen event, TEDTalks video and speakers will combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events, including ours, are self-organized.

WHY THIS EVENT

Because the last 2 years have shown us that we get to reimagine everything - and we are leading the charge when it comes to shifting existing paradigms around work, rights, climate and family.

Daring discussions and workshops to bring us together, challenge our thinking and expand our horizons.
